Before you enter a card.
Do I need a card to try it?
Yes, at signup — but nothing is charged for fourteen days, and the date it would be is on screen when you enter it. Cancel before then and you are not billed.
Is it one agent or many?
One. Ada works across every workspace on your account, learning each business separately. Plans differ on businesses, channels and seats — never on agent count.
What happens when credits run out?
By default we top up so nothing stops mid-campaign. Turn that off and she pauses paid sending at zero and tells you, rather than stopping quietly.
Can I bring my own number and domain?
Yes to both. Verify your sending domain, port your number or take a new one — the receptionist covers the line while a port completes.
Does it work outside local services?
Yes. The outcome model covers trials, demos, quotes, checkouts, renewals and recovered customers. Nothing assumes a calendar.
Who can spend money?
Owners and admins. Agents run campaigns inside your guardrails and caps; viewers cannot send anything or spend a credit.
What if Ada gets something wrong?
Correct her once and it holds. Where she has no source she refuses and hands it to you — the gaps in your Core are listed so you can see them.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, effective immediately. Tier is set on the account, so every workspace inherits the change at once.
